jajajaj k,
Unfortunately, I cant see what you look like yet. As soon as you are verified, and I can get an idea of your structure, I will be glad to help out!!
Will

Chloe,
My suggestion would not be to worry about the weight for you at this time, as much as the "Look" of the weight you carry. You are relatively young, so the absolute best thing you can do is eat well (See other post about diet) and to exercise. Specifically, I think you should look at increasing the tone of your upper body. If you are interested in that, let me know, and I will gladly help you out. You have a great figure with lots of potential, I would not want you to screw it up by over dieting or worrying too much about what the scale says! Good luck!
Will

thnx!! this is a pic of last summer.. because I have no other swim wear shot.. I hope you'll see the problem ;) thnx!!!!

Hi Helena,
Yes, I can see the area that you are concerned with. I would recommend a few things. First of all, make sure you are getting at least 30 mins of cardio activity, 5 days a week.
Second, eliminate any white starches from your diet (Bread, potatoes, etc...) try to use fish, chicken and egg whites as your protein source, 3-5 times a day. 3-4 ozs of meat or 4-5 egg whites per serving. Third, insure you are getting 3 servings minimum of veggies every day. Fourth, minimize any simple sugar intake. Fifth, try to find a gym and learn how to do two exercises. Lunges and ply squats. You can look up the form on line. Last but not least, for ab work, make sure you include twists and hyper extensions. Again, check out the form online. Do two sets of each, 15 reps per, 3 days per week.

Take measurements at beginning and then take them again in 4 weeks. Let me know of your progress.

Good luck!!
Will

Hi Helena,
Just take care of it, eat good, exercise often, and I think you will be fine. You have a great figure and lots of time for it to continue to improve and mature. I will be glad to help you anytime. Drop me a line anytime you have a question,
Will

I am well informed

Hwy William!!! do u hvae an suggestions foe me??

Hey William, I have a question :) How do you lose weight through exercise without building too much muscle?

Cassie,
You are in great shape now. Just keep eating clean, continue to be active and pay attention to the mirror. If you see an area developing a problem, then go after it. If I would suggest anything, it would be ab work. You are lean, and adding some muscle there would simply bring out more definition.

Marie,
Primarily what you have to adjust is exercise type and nutrition. You will need to keep the exercises simple and basic, while maintaining a good level of protein intake. About 2 grs of protein for each kilo of body weight is a good maintenance level. Remember, the chances of you becoming too muscular are very slim. Most women do not have the propensity to build a ton of muscle. Little thing called estrogen.

Hiya, HUNK:>:D
Are their any good TASTING powdered rice drinks?...I recently tasted a friend's mix that was like drinking refined sand paper! Berry crud, is what the label should've read...I wouldn't have given my dog an enema with it...It was that B-A-D! BLAH+YUCK!

I need to supplement other than soy--
S.O.S.--I don't feel like buying everything before I try it, this time 'round...The fuel is what keeps me going...any suggestions on products for my build--without the weight gain additives???

"Remember, the chances of you becoming too muscular are very slim. Most women do not have the propensity to build a ton of muscle. Little thing called estrogen."

My estrogen levels should be fine, what worries me is that when I was young I trained ballet seriously, ended up with large thigh muscles :endecided: Apparently back then my ballet teachers didn't know certain exercises would overdevelop certain muscles, and that's kind of what happened. I haven't done any serious training in a long time so I'm probably making a fuss :dunno: but would that have affected my thighs for good, or would I just have to be careful which exercises I do?

When it comes to legs and exercise of any kind I'm as clueless as they come :(

Sassy,
I know of no good rice drinks. However, if you check out bodybuilding dot com, they have some American Bodybuilding (Brand name) products that are fantastic. You can get them at the Vitamin shop, as well as a lot of gyms.

Marie,
You will have to be careful about something called "Muscle memory." If you had a lot of muscle at one point, it will come back quickly if you train incorrectly. I would stay away from bike work, leg presses and squats. Instead, for your leg work, try low intensity walking/jogging as well as lunges, leg extensions and leg curls. Keep rep ranges in the 10-20 range, with moderate weight. Hope this helps.

:D Thank you William, that is VERY helpful! The muscle memory has actually happened before, just from dancing alot ['just' because it was never an intense workout... if I can keep it up for 3 hours, it can't be that intense lol, and 'alot' being 5 to 6 times a week], so knowing what I have to avoid is wonderful! :D and knowing what I can do is even better :pleased:

It is my pleasure to help. Let me know if there is anything else I can do.
