1) Are they offering you an assigned agent or putting you in a pool?
2) Set marketing budget?
3) Timeline to show?
4) Fees
5) Comp Card and Portfolio generation, cost, timing, etc...
6) Sponsorship opportunities
7) Blanket exclusivity?

Ikon has very little info on their page. You must have an access code to
actually see anything or who actually models for them. Their lack of info is a
bit concerning. I would ask them for verifiable references and actually check on
several of the projects that they are involved in.
Mars has no info what so ever. It simply shows a handful of models and their
stats..
I would certainly go to their office.. unannounced and go inside and look. Most
agencies have tons of info on their work, clients, models and often even post
their modeling contracts online.
Think long and hard before you accept anything exclusive. In my area-- exclusive
means a 75 mile radius. --Which is ok. I am not sure how close together these
two agencies are. Check the contract and see the area of coverage. Many models
sign with several agencies.
I know I sound like a broken record but....Research, research, research.. That
info took me less than five minutes to find. Call references (really do it)
check what magazines that they have worked with. Do your homework.
The reason I say this is because --if you lock yourself into a contract, you may
be stuck with an agency that does not actually put you to work. You may get
little or no action. Especially in NY.. The best girls are found there and get
almost all of the work. What is their track record of successful placements and
do they have complaints filed against them with the BBB?
Find this stuff out before you make a commitment to anyone.
Hope that helps a little!
