hey girls, i have long hair and i want to know how to take care pf them?? i wanna avoid split ands without cutting them often

I use serums for spliting ends, that really works. The quality of your shampoo ant conditioner is very important too, especially if water is hard.

i find using a good shampoo with conditionair plus serums and not blow-drying your hair often works very well. I also leave my hair damp in plaits after i washed it and then you also have fun waves or curls in your hair.

Go to a salon near you weekly and get it treated like I do, For the $35 a week compared to money spending on shampoo/conditioner and also serums - in the long run you'll have saved and also nicer hair + do you know how much salon products cost? Ridiculous

Inexpensively speaking: Mayonnaise is just glorified eggs & oil, whipped with a commercial blender...but for blondes: add a squeeze of lemon and mix, leave on hair about 2 minutes, then rinse.

Inga, I don't have to have hair down to my butt to have insight on this. My hair is almost chi length - Does that qualify?;)

I have long hair and i use a lot of products. You have to use everything: mask , shampoo for weak hair , spray for hair wellness... don't grudge money on this. long hair is sooo beautifull... :D

I have long hair too. Till waist.
Usually I wash my hair 3 to 4 times a weeks, together with conditioner, hair tonic, hair moisturiser/leave-in conditioner, hair mask, hair serum.
