My method for having fast long hair by using hair tonic. Everytime after shampoo & conditioner, I will spray the tonic on my scalp.
Wash your hair at least 3 to 4 times a weeks.
Treat the hair by using hair mask.
Eat more foods contain higher protein.

There is a hair tonic called Horse Mane 'n Tail Shampoo made by a company called Straight Arrow. Yes, it is used on horses because of how effective it is, but it is also sold for human use. The locals here swear by it, especially since it repairs the damage salt water and a salt air environment can do to hair.

Can be safely used on permed and dyed hair as well.

You can find it in beauty parlors, beauty supply stores, Wal Mart, KMart, Walgreens, drug stores and some grocery stores. Many hair stylists use it regularly on their customers.

it will not damage your hair.

in fact, as i am using this products, i have to dye my hair every 2-3 weeks :D
because my natural blonde roots appear really quickly :D
