Last week as I swam in a pool I found a person shot toward the pool with a digital camera, although he didn't focus on me, I believe I must have been recorded as well. Though i'm a guy & i did not feel offended. The question is how would you feel if it was you, especially the ladies, what would you do?

well was it a professional shooting? or just family records?

professional shooting i might be offended and make them ask for my permission to use the shots with me in them.

if its family records then i wouldn't care its not like the family is going to sell them or anything like that.

Some guys would take offence to being photographed in a pool:shocked:
Then again there are some girls when they spot you put on a show for you;)
Sadly the photo's I have from my last holiday are too strong for here:shh:

In India it might be serious social offence.. but again it depends on the crowd and the individual... and ofcourse is it for professional or family

If its a public place........there is hardly anything you can do. Unless someone shoots you from point blank......there not much you can do.............Its a free world......Don't do things, you don't like to be seen doing. If you have a right to take bath in open pool, other guy also has a right to take picture of whatever he finds beautiful. ................
