For Me: It's Ethel Merman..Good Actress..But Darn right irritating
tonality..which actually lends to her parts' characters' as a selling point!
I'll have to consider the male category for later..
See/hear what I mean.. Vocal Belle
OR Bell??
Whether it be OR . . ."TRUE BLUE" IS The GENE that fits ALL
Gilbert Gottfried has got one of the most irritating voices I've ever heard. He
sounds like he's straining or going thru excruciating pain just to get out each
and every syllable. Just listen.Gilbert

The funny thing about Fran Drescher is that she went to a speech therapist to
lose that voice. If you hear her talk without it, you would be amazed. She
sounds entirely different.
No doubt about it, hands down, SALLY STRUTHERS!!!!! Her voice drives me nuts
every time I hear it.
You mean that she grates your cute lil' eradrums better or uh actually worse in
this instance other than Jean Stapelton's character, "Edith Bunker" who sung by
the piano in the ritual opening act on "All In The Family"??
Oucheth!! MARKY
Can I convince you to sway your ear this way & grab a muff or two??
LISTEN UP, again, for a refresher course of eerie ear-o-dynamics: I wanted
gun silencer strength ear protectors for this!!!
COMPARE to Gloria Bunker= S.S. ..1 more time/'
"Prego Mama
& Ding Dong Man"/' However she's ok when she's mellow...I didn't grab the
worst of her vocal obnoxious ability!
