Give members the ability to see "last logins" for other members of the site to see if they are active on the site

While we are at it, would be nice to have the ability to see if a sent message has been read or not...

Regrettably suggestions for reworking the site have so far not led to much....
Why do we struggle to paddle upstream while the river is taking us where we need to go?

Sounds very good..let's keep petitioning, if we can get enough people to respond here, perhaps the moderators or whomever runs the site will take notice and install the changes. I pray it works in Jesus name..amen.

Would be good to have a Message read report come back when the message is read:thumbup:
Sort of the same thing you can do with the mobile phone SMS & MMS messages :thumbup:

PLEASE take into consideration that this would take modification to the current operating system, & could cause expenses to potentially rise for each membership's level fees to cover the cost.
That is quite possibly why anyone has NOT seen any changes as of yet.
So all things condsidered, Jurgita's Family is UNIQUE enough to go by who's online status, & therefore gives the viewers that are watching to see who's logged in on a daily/ nightly basis. Although this is not as permanent of a tracking procedure, it does facilitate a day by day basis of getting a feel for who is or isn't active.
This also provides privacy & protects from potentiial cyber stalkers for those who have had or could have problems in that area of concern.
Just some various reasons to consider why we operate different from another type of modeling site such as OMP>
I understand the convenience of your time stamp issues for logging in & checking out, howver, & for seeing when email is read.
I do not know what will come of this petitioning, & I'm certainly not trying to discourage your suggestions, but merely try to provide answers for why we haven't evolved to the format that you are requesting to be implemented.

The most it would really cost anyone is the site being unavailable for a day or two, three max:thumbup:

It's just a case of interleaving the software into all the partions of the site you want it integrated into - the profiles & mailing sections, set up a couple of tests to see all's working properly & it's away:thumbup:

This is a great idea. It would sure be helpful to know if the members are active on the site. It would also be useful to have ages displayed in the stats.

:D I've only been on the site for a couple of days and even I think this would be an advantage to everyone.

Last login times would be the best, it goes for both ways too. If some aspiring talent is looking to check into an agency, it does help if they're available.

((Age on the stats page would be really convenient too!)) ;)

I think last login is the best place to start. If they don't login then they will not read e mails any ways.
I usually know when an e mail is read because I get a reply. If I don't get a reply I figure they don't login or it is because I didn't offer fame and fortune.
An age on stats is only good if they login and update. See it many times, one site they are one age, another site a few years younger or older.
Seems to always come back to logging in. But what do I know. I'm just a guy that presses a shutter.:dunno:

Point well taken...last login is a key essential. I've been contacting agency's here but not knowing if they are still active. And not all agency's have websites

It is good to see members caring to improve a site. If the site keeps track of when people log in and award "activity points" when they do, even a meter of log-in percentages would help show others who is really active. On a topic talked about by a model looking for photographers in London, I suggested she lookup the list shown on this site. Another site member commented that they are never online. All of your suggestions would help a model like that, find a photographer that is active on the site, so she (or he) could decide who to start contacting.

I hope that the site Administration does read these ideas for future improvements.

Fact
There are a lot of members with profiles on this site, not just London photographers but numerous models too that either never or hardly ever log in... if your comment was about something I said in another topic then I was just telling it the way it is here, not the best situation for we members who are active & available...

If you don't log on you just lower your own chances:thumbup:

And... it's not going to help an aspiring model on here telling her to contacting inactive photog's in London that won't log in for months on end:thumbup:
