Everybody would love to meet someone, chance of it actually happening are slim,
I've met Liam & Noel Gallacher from Oasis (official interview in late '99 on a
radio station I used to be at), they're just ordinary down to earth guys
I've also met Mel C in London, just co-incidence though
Most performers like to keep their private lives really private, sometimes more
private than the rest of us... and for most you won't be able to get their
postal or e-mail addresses, if everyone knew where they lived they wouldn't get
peace to have a private life
Also it's true that the majority of recording artists can't sit & listen to
their own records, took me by surprise finding that out but explained why I hate
hearing my voice on playback

Dropping a line to a performer... the big question is will you get a reply?
Most performers get so much mail asking to meet them that your chance would be
on in a thousand that your letter would get opened... if you find an address
give it a go but there's not much chance you will get anywhere though. |
