Hello Jurgitamods,

I ran across a profile today that has a picture with a watermark on it that says "www.mostbeautifulman.com" I went to the website and typed in the name of the person that is listed here on Jurgita and is using that pic. The search came up as "not found." on this site. (Most Beautiful...)
Are people required to use their OWN pictures in profiles? Wouldn't a picture from "Most Beautiful..." website be considered copyrighted? Maybe the person is using different names on each site? I am confused. Should I send the profile to moderation? I don't want to make a very embarassing mistake if it really is the person.

Any advice?

That's a new one to me - I do believe you have to use your own pic - otherwise it is a copyright infringment. I would probably reject

Hey Pat :-) Thanks as always for hittin' me back on my posts...Here is an addendum to the above post. After further digging on the same site I discovered that the picture being used is of an actor named Alex Pettyfer. Even more flagrant, the picture is on the websites' home page! Unfortunately, I wasn't asked to moderate the profile I just came across it while searching the male models section. (Laughs) I start at page 233 and work forward! Cuz I am a backwards kind of guy I guess!

I am going to send the profile to moderation.

Please report profiles suspected of copyright infringement to Administration via the Contact Us link found at the bottom of each page.

One possibility is that the model was at one point associated with that site but no longer is...:dunno:
