Hey fellow forum followers!

I am curious to know what people's opinions are on homosexuality. I know it varies greatly from person to person and country to country. Since I live in California, the opinions are fairly tolerant and accepting. I can also name parts of California where it is looked on with strong disapproval. I have personally experienced being in areas where both opinions hold sway. So, what is your personal opinion and the opinion of people in your society/culture/geographical location? Thanks for your thoughts and replies!

Curious...

"Stay Human"---From Song Lyrics by Michael Franti & Spearhead.

It's disgusting! I can't understand that "need" neither to be with the people of same sex nor marriages with those people. Marriage is when men and women love each other that much so they want to spend their lives forever, but unfortunately these "loves" don't last forever. Marriage is not for two men, or two women! That's completely crazy! It is not natural, what also baffle me is how some churches are being led by a homosexual pastors despite the fact that the Bible warned that homosexual is wrong.
People can always doubt what you say, but they can't doubt what you do.

I really don't care. It's the overall person that counts.

hi every one

homo sexuality exist in this society this is the atraction of man on man they are sexually attracted and they make love they are getting pleasures out of it. they are not attracted to woman these people are some how called GAYS also. .
its all because there hormones in their body which makes them attracted towards man's nototo woman infact when woman gets closer to them they irritated by the touch also .

It happens, it's legal so as long as homosexuals stay away from me I couldn't care less about it:dunno:

It's a proven fact that there are more homosexual males and females in the UK than hetrosexuals:shocked:

Female homosexuality & bisexuality doesn't bother me, however the same things with the male sex repulses & disgusts me:cantlook:
Before seeing something on an adult satelite tv channel in the 1990's when I tuned in on a thursday night for the first & last time I did on a thursday... I never gave what they do with each other a thought or even bothered to take notice, but after being physically sick watching that... I don't even want to talk to homo's never mind being friends with any even when they know I'm straight & respect that... just something makes my skin crawl when in the same room as them:cantlook:

i grew up amongst gay and lesbian familymembers so i'm all used to it. tho i can relate to people having difficulties understanding why people turn out to be homosexuals.:endecided:
no matter how bad your day is:lookdown:always smile:D

Funny how we as humans, find things to draw certain attentions to ourselves and to others. The Gay Rights and Gay Marriage issues today. I have had Gay friends in the past, may of us have, where we have known it or not. They have known that I was straight and they were ok with me, so I figure that I would not put a burning cross on THEIR lawn. But that is my idea of how to treat a Gay person, just as respectful as I want to be treated.

The hard part we are all having to "JUDGE" at the same time as the Gay Issues, is that of the other groups that march right in for equal rights today. There are also groups like the "Man/Boy Rights" for example. Groups marching for equal rights for relations with underage kids. When you judge one as equal, then the next group wants to be treated the same. We have in our nation, openly started to adress Gay Rights, while at the same time, quietly spoke out about the human rights of children in other countries that are sold into marriages with old men (girls and boys). I have heard that lately, some of those countries are looking to change their laws making the legal age of marriage to above 18 now.

It is easy to just say a topic is right or wrong for our viewpoint. It allows us to walk away and not look at the human which is having a problem in some way. When a child in some country gets sold for a older man to marry, the child's family is in poverty and making a law changing what is done in the open, will not change the cause, the poverty.
just in our country, so many have lost jobs and homes. Companies that we buy from are turning away people looking for work , not because they don't have needs to hire, but because the executives have placed a hiring freeze. Some are calling it a hold on interviews instead of hiring freeze, to keep them looking clean to the public. But the POVERTY IS GROWING. People are judging that it is ok to cut back as someone else will fix the problem.

My point is JUDGING. We need to focus on how we judge others so as to improve the human existance. If a Gay couple are fighting for rights somewhere, there must be rights which someone has cut them off from not getting. Maybe we are not judging the right people in situations, maybe the people cutting off rights need to be taught a lesson for a change.

lmao but such should be possible now right? hehe:lol:
am quit allright with it as long as they won't excaggerate on their gayness.
i realy think it's revolting to see gay people flaunt their sexual taste
no matter how bad your day is:lookdown:always smile:D

I don't know, maybe i'm just being stupid. When I see two guys or two girls LIGHTLY displaying affection in public, I don't spend one second thinking about it one way or another. Gay or straight, when I see two people going at it I just think to myself that they should go home or to a hotel. I can honestly say that I have never spent half a second thinking about what goes on in ANYONE'S bedroom or behind closed doors. I have my own life to deal with. Why would I care what goes on behind closed doors of consenting adults!!!:endecided:

Who cares? I mean, as long as you are not getting in peoples faces! Everyone should learn to mind their businesses...its easier to get along with life that way...trust me!

What do you know about the "GAY BOMB" the US was going to drop on Iraq?

Pentagon officials confirmed to CBS 5 that military leaders had considered, and then subsequently rejected, building the so-called "Gay Bomb." Edward Hammond, of Berkeley's Sunshine Project, had used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain a copy of the proposal from the Air Force's Wright Laboratory in Dayton, Ohio...The documents show the Air Force lab asked for $7.5 million to develop such a chemical weapon. "The Ohio Air Force Lab proposed that a bomb be developed that contained a chemical that would cause enemy soldiers to become gay, and to have their units break down because all their soldiers became irresistibly attractive to one another," Hammond said after reviewing the documents.

yeah well... the gay enemy soldiers are already in Iraq... George Bush deployed them:lol:
Now Barack Obama has to get rid of George's quere infantry:lol:

You've been watching too many of those late night shows that make all this up:sleep:

I like Russia... homosexuality is illegal, and so it should be:thumbup:
It's not natural, and I agree with the views of the Russian orthodox church on the issue:thumbup:

Any gays & lesbians there are in Russia have to hide away from the general public, live life in hiding & if they can get the money together emmigrate... that's why most of them want to head for Britain, Germany & America because they can "camp out" in the west:shh:

hetro or homo? Black or White, we all know someone gay, we might not be aware of it but we do! family, friends, work mates etc. why is it important what your sexuality is? what difference does it make? NONE of courese! so why develop an attitude to it! Who cares really! no matter what your opinion is now. there will be a time when it has no meaning at all! live life and enjoy it! one day you will be dead!

wel,Let me asked you one thing ,,,If you believe in God the creatured of heaven and earth ,,,who createdd you and me therefore, he created only man and woman.Feelings of both same sex is natural but its not acceptable infront of God.Mabe it depends to a country s culture. Some places around the globe has been accepted ,marriage for the same sex their reason is they love each other it might be true but its ridiculous to think that God command us to ....Go ye and multiply ooppsss how can they spread there family if same sex,,wel whatever for me no im not favor on it..

I'm with Liza, 9ice point.
People can always doubt what you say, but they can't doubt what you do.
