If you have been told by a legite Doctor that it is necessary to add a lil' weight for cushioning bone structure, or some other health reason, like avoiding the borderlining of the onset of Anorexia Nervosa, then listen to your TRUSTED PRACTIONER, first.:thumbup:
Due to your present thinness, I don't know if this is the case, but it is worth mentioning for anyone who is.:)
If you feel faint or light headed often, you are probably at risk of suffereing from malnutrition in certain vital minerals. im anemic thats all my physician say..
my professor in anatomy say its because im active i always do al ot of stuff go to school go swimming im always out.. thats i have a very fast body metabolism.. i sing i sometimes dance..

and i do eat a lot i dont have a low calorie diet i just eat what i want to eat i dont get fat..

I recommended iron supplements because I thought you were anemic, I once had that problem, too.

PS It's kinda pointless to point out that you don't get fat. We all know that's why you started the forum blog.
I am refering to weight gain that can occur from rapid intake adjustment, not you..merely meant as cautionary info, for those that might have trouble keeping the balance. LOL>

Khaytee, you mentioned you were flat and that was why you were interested in putting on a couple of kilos... when you do put on weight you don't get to choose where it goes, and for most girls it goes where you dont want it FIRST. On your thighs and bum, or on your stomach. Just be happy with what you've got.

Great advice Mystique, because there are certain types of supplements that can be taken to add controlled amounts of weight, & with your suggested target training, those supplements can distribute themselves to certain particular parts of the body for the areas you need enhancing. Khaytee, you might try to visit the GNC online store to do product checks for your situation. :thumbup:

If u r nt some1 dat can av body naturally,i dnt think anythin u take or do can av effect on u. Nd again,all dis weight gainin of a thing mostly av 1 side effect or d other. U r cute girl so i see no reason y u shld tamper with ur nice physique. Pls jst leave ur stature like dat cos many others r even dyin 2 av such. Cheers:)

Eat food with more calories, take sweets more often...Some exercices wich increase your muscles would help you too..:)
