Depending on the type of bumps, & the source of diagnostic conclusion thus interpreted, you may have to change skincare products or avoid certain harsh detergents used on your bedding & clothing. Drink plenty of ice water & green tea to flush your system, & rest with a chilled gel eYe mask to soothe the irritation. Use ONLY all natural facial creams/washes/makeups with no added perfumes/scents..Avoid extreme heat exposure, especially while healing process is underway!
