I just got back from seeing "300". The movie kicks major Ass. Visually [*Link removed*] acting, not bad at all considering that it is one Big Bloodbath form beginning to end. Just go to love Gorgeous Men running around in Leather Thongs, and basicly nothing else:thumbup: Jen

except when i went to se it there was a little kid infront of me and after the sex scene he got rather curious with his parents lol

Loose history, my friends, loose history. It was a comic book fantasy loosely based on a real event brought to CGI life with a few live actors.

I sincerely hope that it inspires others to read more history, which is sometimes stranger than fiction.

Having said that, it was very well done bit of allegoric entertainment. Uh-Rah!
If I haven't been there, I'm still planning on going!
If I haven't done it, I've still got time to try!

The sceneries were amazing, but, unfortunately this film is mostly a computer work.

It was just another action packed lame movie. It's not a movie that you watch for it's moving dramatic entities, it's one to keep the viewers attention with "dazzling" effects and action packed sequences.

It was neat. I was not too thrilled by the solorized effect used throughout the movie but the rest of the country seemed enamored by the cheap darkroom stunt, so who am I too gripe? The storyline was great and elaborately presented, the action was superb, the nudity gratuitous, the history flaky, but overall a nice picture. I'm wavering about whether or not it is worth getting the DVD, but I probably will.

i already have a copy of it. liked it that much. beautiful movie visually. and great story. and a fair bit unusual. that and sincity both gr8 wud like to see more of this kinda film.

I ended up watching it a couple weeks ago.
I enjoyed it very much! Felt like it should have been longer however.

That was a fun thing to read those comments for me. I saw that film and i was slightly disappointed with that film. This film was like a tale mixed with some historical facts and beautiful non-realistic effects. My rating for that film is ~3 of 5

This movie was just a great piece of work hands down. Everyone who had seen this movie before me had told me countless good things about this movie so I decided to give it a shot and was not let down at all. The battle scenes were intense..the love scenes served their purpose, and well during the movie you got a brief laugh or two before it got back to the superb action that this movie delivers. The only reason people would hate this movie is because of gore...and if there were some factual errors. I loved it even though there was a bit more gore than I usually see. The movie was over all wonderful and I am glad that I gave this movie a chance.
