Okay. All you have to do is the following:

First Name
1)Take the first three letters of your real last name.
2)Take the first two letters of your first name.

For example: John Smith would be Smijo

Last Name:
1) Take the first two letters of your moms maiden name
2) Take the first three letters of the town you live in

For example: If John Smith's Mom had a maiden name of Leninger, and John lives in Chicago, it would be: Lechi

Ending up as: Smijo Lechi.
