Are glasses in or out of fashion?
iv come to notice that around dublin there are alot of girls who wear glasses meerily as an accessory.. and do not need them to actually see..
Yet the ones who actually need them tend to get bullied for wearing them..
i really dont get this... why do this when they themselves wear them just for "fashion"?

Unfortunately some people are idiots and very insecure. Just my 2 cents. Glasses are always in fashion, ESPECIALLY when needed. LOL

I think glasses, in most (not every situation) are HOT.

So there.

(note: I've worn glasses since I was 7. I only need them for reading now, hence why I have no pictures in them.)

I havnt been wearing mine long i avoided it as hard as i could.. even when i couldnt see like 2 steps infront of me haha.
I need them all the time lol!! Im as blind as a bat well almost haha..

Glasses make women even more attractive. I could be wrong because I'm male, but it doesn't seem to work as well for men..

I dunno in the adverts theres always the male and female counterparts.
I think its more the secretary look that your thinking of ;)
That and teachers.. anything sorta like powerful.. those sorta fantisies.. lol

It usually depends on the frames, but alot of the look comes from the person - I always look intellectually quiet with mine on until I smile :lol: or use particular facial expressions *groan* then I look naughty!

Are glasses in or out? As long as people need them, I think they're in - if they weren't 'in' they wouldn't have a fashion of their own.

yeh thats true, iv a few pairs of glasses. I didnt particulary care what i choice i just got fed up and go yeh ill take those lol.
Haha i dont think i look intellectual most the time i carry a smirk on my face so it seems sorta em..kinky.. well so iv been told.. i dont do it on purpose... i swear ;)

But yeh when there needed defiently... its just more those who wear it for fashion i gotta wonder about..lol

Dont you just hate it when someone with 20/20 vision says oh I wish I could wear glasses! I think they're so cool! >_< They're not cool. They slide down your nose, if you knock them they stay lopsided, they're expensive, and if you're disorganised or forgetful they're hell to keep track of!

I know what you mean about the kinky bit :lol: the problem is when you really -do- give someone a kinky look it's either mistaken for something else or doubled in kinkiness :endecided: so strange :dunno:

Yeh i know.. my dog managed to get a hold of my last pair... so me gotta get new ones its like damn dog i just got them! lol
But yeh i know what you mean about the effort of maintaining them. The ones iv on now i didnt wear because i had got hit in the face with a basketball during pe and bent them outta shape haha:cantlook: and yes true story lol...

lol yeh i know its soooo not done on purpose... like worst thing is when you get pervy old men fantasiing about stuff like sexy secretary, teacher and such cause of the glasses.. its soooo creepy... lol

aww i get the older ones... its creepy cuz they get a dirty look on their faces:cantlook:
was on a date recently with my bf and this old guy kept staring at me and smirking and all... and it was me he were looking at cuz i was against the wall so no one behind me..~

Haha i know! But it gets me really nervous... I even texted my bf to say hes staring at me:lol: he said to just look at him(bf) lol but all the same out the corner my eye id still see him its like eek.... leave me alone.
After the bf goes.. you should of turned around to him and said " can i help you with something"
