Thanks for this service.....I have been doing your Ab workout tips...Good Mornings.

However, now I have to strenghten my lower back.....hurts sometimes. Never used too. What do you suggest? Or am I doing them wrong?

Good mornings will utlimately strengthen your back a lot. the reason it is sore is because you have not used it before. However, if it becomes aggravating, try using a ball for your ab work, something to cushion the lower back. That helps. ALso, do not do the exercises more than 3 times a week. Hope this helps.

Hey William do you no any good exercises that arent too steneous to the lungs as i tend to suffer from pretty much chronic bronchitious? Any tips also as im happy with my body well minus the height lol that need changing ?

Cindy, you have a nice figure, so I wouldnt overdo the cardio activities. At your age, biking and walking would be great. Also, basic upper body exercises like shoulder press, bench press, lat pulldowns, bicep curls and tricep pressdowns would be great. If you dont go to a gym, then simply doing pull-ups and push-ups will work awesome!

Yeh in our school we've got a one way system so theres a good bit of walking around each day lol.
Also my dog drags me along on walks you can actually feel the burn lol!
Thats about all i do thats why i was wondering if there need be anything to do.. and unfortunatly i do not know what cardio exercise is lol.
but no i dont go to the gym.. sorta to lazy for that lol also no time this year. Well we've got a bench and weights at home but i heard they can be bad for girls in reducing there breast size?

By the way, love the new pictures!

Cardio is cardiovascular exercise, like jogging, biking, etc...Anything that elevates the heartrate to about 75% of max can fall into this category.

Weights are excellent and do NOT reduce breast size. Breasts are made up mostly of fat, and if you are lean, there isnt typically much of that. However, standard weight may increase bust size, just not cup size. Hope this helps!! Let me know if you are unsure.

Oh hey Will. Found out I had asthma and a low lung capacity.. or something like that..:dunno::cantlook: would those exercises be ok with those? or should i try something differnt?:endecided:

Oh and how do i stop binge snacking? And eating junk food like all the time?[haha I think going to bed early might help so I dont have to be eating all the time lol]

{and btw still trying to figure out which shots will work the best for you shall prob get them sent tomoro though!:)}

Your lung capacity will be improved as you exercise. I hope you dont smoke!?
As for the binge eating, believe it or not, that usually can be controlled with fat intake. Nuts or peanut butter work really well. Both are good for you.

Thats good because I know i had to quit loads of my favorite sports due to asthma attacks :(
