I'm just wondering what is the point of this section when admin and mods don't seem to pay any attention to it or repsond to the queries/problems posted?

I can't see any of your questions or suggestions here.
Answering suggestions takes time, because you have to consider the possibilities with the team of jurgita.com and give a reasonable answer. At the moment we are adding lots of new features and every new idea has to be added somewhere in the schedule - that takes time, but it surely is NOT a negative answer.
Most of questions here are repeated in a few topics, so the person who posted the question finds the answer in another topic.
Usually the questions here are from beginners, who don't know how to use the site and that doesn't necessarily require answers from administrators, cause other active members are happy to help in most cases.
