But yeh wondering.. like what is there needed to start up a new agency?

Yes, like for short models and ones with "imperfections" such as tattoos and piercings,
I know myself how hard it is for me but do it right get connections id love to open one for these models who have been turned away by other agencies.
Might be hard but hell it'd be worth it!
