Like the way the model in the shot, there pose, there expression,
color..perspective.. adds the creation of it being defined from nude.. and
art-nude..

being looked at? I guess it's about the beuty of a body.. of which.. much will
be judged by sex factor of the person who are looking at it. Porn is much direct
to the subject.. while art nude seems to take everything in the picture and more
to potrey moods. Both will make viewers wanting the girl/guy. I'm shallow in
this.. thus the opinion. |

everywhere, with different countries, so i guess i would say by the law or fact
or with proof. as for the age.that changes in every country i dont know all the
laws in every country but i do know there are a lot of girls profiles in Jurgita
that say art /nude but i dont know if that is ok in their country or state.I

again I guess ill just stay away from the whole nude thing when i have a sixteen

some nations. in canada one cannot engage a minor model (under 18 or 19
depending on the province)--irrespective of gender. and without mutual consent,
it is illegal everywhere. i guess the other issue, even in legally adult
situations, has to do with whether or not one party is in a position of
authority over the other, which may allow that party to become exploitative,
humilating. etc.
art or not, nude i expect ought to be erotic but tastefully so, and not focussed
on sexual activity or organs to create the eroticism. suggestion more than
representation. and this probably does not exclude the depiction of sexual
organs as long as it is not the main source of erotic feeling. but i did go to
an exhibition of close-up photographs of bodily orifices--it was not erotic at
all--at least to me. but possibly one could do something abstract--with emphasis
on shape, composition, design, etc. but that does not need specifically sexual

countries even minors if the content isn’t sexual. BTW when we talk about nude
I think it is generally considered as art nudes. Erotic nudes are as the name
suggest sexual and 18 up is the rule no exceptions. As it should be.
A question for you Cindy even if it is legal for you to do art nudes should you
and other minors be offering it esp on this given the trouble with electronic
stalkers on myspace and do you think you have a right to offer it?
I’ve raised this with admin which say it’s against their policy but if you
go through the adult or naked model lists there are plenty of minors offering to
do art nudes. Should they be offering this, should their accounts be edited or
removed. I know the view on nudity is different say between Europe and the US,
they don’t get hysterical over a bare nipple but all the same given the
stalkers should you be offering art nudes?

because iv done them iv had to put up art-nude in my catagories to show that i
