ID: 154201 Posts: 187 | Date: 2007-04-09 23:58 pregnant women can still model given that they do maternity fashion. however the
makeup and hairstyling will have to change because some of those substances
found in makeup and hair products are harmful to the baby. |

oooo i never thought that make up and hair products could be harmful to the baby
wow ya learn something new everyday.
well basically then.. you get pregnant in this industry.. and your catagories
then become very limited..
and then getting back into modelling after would probally be hard.. trying to
get back down into shape and all.Howdy.I'm a 18 year old half asian from Ireland who really would love to get with an agency who can get her exposure or anything please look at my profile and get back to me |

maternity fashion or anything to do with maternity, but that's also pretty
limited. Unless one is famous.. that everybody would want to see her with her
tummy. Nevertheless, that shouldn't stop ones career. It does gives difficulties
thou.. "trying to get back down into shape and all".. It goes the other way
around as well.. modelling won't stop one from getting pregnant. It's a
wonderful thing to get.. |

ID: 185806 Posts: 411 | Date: 2007-04-10 09:24 you may find it hard in Ireland because there is not a lot of advertising or
even general magazines geared torward pregnant females, or at least not in a
modelling point of view...it is mostly for baby products in which case they are
more focused on the product than anything else.We Don't Take Risks to Escape Life!!

still to this day amazes me.
Like when your pregnant you grow so radient, i dont see why it should stop you
modelling.
well i suppose the hormones, moods, and the likes might put you off and the
difficulties in finding a job.
But yeh you'd probally have to be famous to continue modelling properly and not
be limited to just the maturnity fashion.Howdy.I'm a 18 year old half asian from Ireland who really would love to get with an agency who can get her exposure or anything please look at my profile and get back to me |
