Mine have a natural arch to them that thin towards the edges. All my life people have asked me if I shave my eyebrows. Never have, never will. Not looking forward to ever having a sharp blade that close to my pearly browns.

Neat thig about the arch...people say that when I get mad and my brows furrow, I look like Lucifer himself. Handy for getting people to do things my way. :angry::lol:

I normally leave my eye brows natural.
I may pluck a few strays that are too far set out from the brows themselves.
Mine are kind of thick but it looks good on my face, they are not bushy or long however.
Everything I've done, and all that I have yet to do, is only to forget the meaning of your name.

I have seen eyebrows make and break an expression. I work with a very talented MUA (so talented that sometimes I cannot even find her because she is flying around the nation doing make-up for videos and such) who shapes even the eyebrows to get the expression from a model that I need for certain shoots. I've seen her shave down, thin out, thicken with false hair or make up and even seen her create brow lines with some building paste that she uses. I've seen her age people with eyebrows, make them look sinister, happy, sad, mad, glad. Eyebrowz dot com has some very decent info. Handbag dot com has a short primer but also a lot of other neat beauty advice in plain language.

One caveat: I have seen her curse models for trying to work on their own eyebrows. Experimenting with them is a no-no. It seems it is very easy to kill eyebrow hair roots and have them never grow again. The thinner your eyebrows, the older you look. Just what I heard. I don't screw with my eyebrows. I like the devilish look they give me.

if shaping your eyebrows GET THEM PROFESSIONALLY DONE! i have seen so many people with eyebrows that just look odd cause they wanted to have the same as someone they had seen, doesnt work that way. As previously said, they have to work in with the shape and look of your face! And natural is better, having penciled eyebrows is a horrible horrible look, it goes hand in hand with foundation lines and major blushing issues!
