How easily can you gain weight?
I do not like how skinny I look and I wanna put on some weight.
I have tried everything with no luck.
I'm not good at eating so many times a day though..its seems that I never really
get hungry. When am fat am just 120 pounds and I ave never been more than
that.
Any quick ideas?
I don't want to be mean but you don't look that skinny unless you've changed a
lot since those pictures were taken...if you start gaining weight you are going
to narrow the field of work you can access because you will be too small for
plus size models but will be slightly bigger than what most agencies would go
for...but if you really want to gain weight just get 3 unhealthy fatty junk food
meals into you a day, exercise a little less and if that doesn't work walk into
a sports shop and buy some bulk up or somethin like that

Keep in mind that your hips are large - not fat-wise, but naturally [mine are
the same]. If you put on weight, your hips will get bigger and depending on the
type of modelling you want to do that could be a problem. From your photos I'd
say you have a very good figure and I wouldn't change anything about it
[especially not those gorgeous legs!].
But if you really do want to gain weight, try eating a few more carbs than you
already do [pasta, potatoes, stuff like that]. Don't eat a lot more, because if
you put on more weight than you want you'll find it harder to take it off.
Athough that cant always be true in changing a diet.
Even though you feel your not hungry make sure you eat healthy and have those 3
meals a day and if you need some snacks.
Although that might not help if you have a fast metabolism, which unfortunatly
cant really be changed, so eating more might not work.

Woah Mercy! Eat -healthy- fats, remember there's good cholesterol and bad
cholesterol. You'd want to increase the good but not the bad, along with having
more carbs and not fats.

My friend drinks protein shakes...seems to be helping!
hhmmm im not sure but im 120!! lol =] but anyways bck to the subject...i guess
you can go to a nutritient store and they might have some type of bar or snack
that you can keep eating and will help you gain weight
if I eat regular food twice a day or more... every day.. I would gain some
weight & become lil bit chubby... now I pratising to eat regular food once a
day... sometimes twice... but just once in a week or two weeks... depends...

This is just stupid - sorry but by only eating shit, you will not only gain
weight but the other side affects with it, very bad skin, smell and you will
become increasingly unhealthy. I am not a health junkie, and i do eat shit
occasionally but if you want to gain some extra weight sensibly, talk to a
health food shop about the protein or bulking mixtures they have.
These will give your body the nutrients you need and provide you with that extra
weight.
I find it hard to put on weight myself because of my metabolism, and found that
by eating more carbs more frequently i added the extra weight i needed.
If all else fails and you are determined to add the extra weight talk to your gp
or a nutritionist! Mind you i think you are at a great weight for your build! -

Why do you not join a gym, it is a great way of getting your body in shape and
the instructors will be able to advice you on what to eat. That way you will not
only get your body to it's correct weight but will also improve your body tone.
