But eventually it was like.. whats the point of being afriad..its who i am..
and with her.. i was really proud of myself for coming out..Howdy.I'm a 18 year old half asian from Ireland who really would love to get with an agency who can get her exposure or anything please look at my profile and get back to me |

Of course they shouldn't be ashamed. But to be proud of it? Sounds vain to me.
It's like being proud of being left-handed.I knew for sure our chance was blown when rifles made us feel at home. |

Its not vain.. do you know how much pressure is put on someone to be straight by
parents and society?
Its really hard to come out when your parents are traditional and such.
Everyones got a right to be proud of who they are.
Sure you saying that its like being proud of being left handed..
try a better view.
Being proud of coming tru from a major surgery or an accident..

and had children by their first marriages. The range of emotions and conflicted
feelings throughout the mixed families and friends was truly amazing.
I was doing the shoot as a favor for my boss, but the result was that I got a
different picture than I had before. I think they would have had happier lives
(and families) if they had allowed themselves to be who they were from the
beginning instead of suppressing it for so long.
I'm considerably more tolerant than I was before, and I basically had a live and
let live attitude before that. Before my attitude was "why should gays want to
marry?" Afterward it was "Why not?"If I haven't been there, I'm still planning on going!
If I haven't done it, I've still got time to try! |

Im glad that experience changed your opinion on gays!
Iv never been to a gay wedding but i think id love to go to one to see how
everyone is, with emotions flying and such..
Yes i agree they shouldnt had suppressed it.. but its really easily condoned in
alot of countries making it hard for some..
Specially probally at their ages..(since they had kids and being married) their
generations wouldnt have liked it..
Its only since recent times that gays have had more rights and freedomHowdy.I'm a 18 year old half asian from Ireland who really would love to get with an agency who can get her exposure or anything please look at my profile and get back to me |

Is being gay something you DO conciously? I prefer to be proud of my work, not
of my inherited qualities.
OK let's put it this way: if I say I'm proud of being white, heterosexual,
agnostic and liberal socialist, will you think I'm a rasist godless commie
homophobe (which I am certainly not)? Something to be proud of these days,
huh?
On the other hand, if I say I'm proud of being black, homosexual, protestant and
republican, you can smell the air of tolerance instantly, giving you some
undeserved credit for just being born with certain qualities, not mentioning a
more favourable way of thinking (nurtured from birth).
Actually, I'm so sick of such bull***t. The theme of being gay is totally
overrated. Of course, I'm not talking about situations when civil rights are
being violated just because you're gay, but if we're to be equal, let's just be
equal. Let's judge people by what they do, not by who they sleep with, ok?I knew for sure our chance was blown when rifles made us feel at home. |

personally I believe you should always be proud of who you are and your
inherited qualities as well as your work....I don't think you should be proud
just because you are gay but should be proud of who you are...and the reason it
is said to be proud of being gay means that you are proud of who you are and
that you don't try and hide your homosexualityWe Don't Take Risks to Escape Life!!

It sounds to me like your a homophobic
and excuse me if im wrong
not only am I not
homophobic, my views on gay people are exactly the same as on everybody - we are
all people, and we are all equal. I treat all people with equal amounts of
respect, no matter the race, sexual orientation or the color or their
fingernail. I just don't give a friggin damn who you're sleeping with, nor how
you've been raised by your parents or through what kind of teenage psychological
stages you've been through. It's all the same for everyone. I've had my share of
mistreatments throughout my life, believe me. But I'm not ranting about it in
the forums or on the TV. Nor should I.
And you know why? Because there are other major problems in the world that
require human attention (and they get none): examples include starving children
in Africa, genocidal regimes throughout the world, globalization, illegal wars
in the Middle East, brainwashed terrorists, and so on and so forth, and these
should be MUCH MORE important than whining about your sexual desires, especially
when homosexuality is officially no longer considered as something unusual.
Peace.I knew for sure our chance was blown when rifles made us feel at home. |

there's condoms and birth control pill shit, why be gay?
heterosexuals could just have as much sex as whoever likes
being gay is fine, but i think being heterosexual is more exciting. |
