Its come to my notice that alot of the time people can post totally irrelevent and stupid posts to the threads that have been started.
Maybe there should be a way you can delete them from your own thread?

Thats actually a good idea...or even make a few more moderators for particular sections so as they can go check through the topics every so often and remove the crap that doesn't need to be there...make it easier for people to read the useful stuff

Yeh that too. Just does get annoying sometimes.. Like yeh people are trying to build up there points and posts but if they are doing so at least write a decent point and not so irrelevnt either..
Yes theres the ones who will ask something similar as in am i good enough. I dont mind those.. mayb the ability to move them to a topic of there own too?

For what your suggesting section mod's would be the best bet...but dunno how easy it would be for them to set that up

Lol.. i wouldnt like them to loose points.. like there trying to build them up and thats why they posted them.
Altough the loosing points would make people stop posting them..
But sure.. someone could just not like the post you made so deleted it.. that would make you loose points.. and not be fair

I like that idea......sometimes topics become more like idol chatter of irrelavent crap..

Then lets think what happens..the topic without the first post stays without any logic.. and further answers become nonsense as well. Sometimes if one post disappears i have to delete the whole topic with all other posts...

True...

I still do think that there would be a benefit to some sort of discouragement to spamming caused by Activity Point chasing. I do like the Activity Point system, but it is also important to have some quality control :)
