Why Cant I Contact Certain Agencies?

Iv tried contacting a few agencies on jurgita.. but i keep getting the message
!Such recipient was not found in our system

Why is that?

Well there were no certain ones, I had more meant like every now and again that would happen to me so id have to try contact them externelly, there were some Irish ones and then some others i had contacted a hong kong one too...
I guess i should of written down the names, sorry.

ok, i checked mail sending, but found no bug or anything, we've got some complicated messaging system, so i'm gonna ask this:

are you sure you entered the right profile id for that agency?

you can check it at that agency`s page or you can use search in compose mail page. just click on blue search button and form will appear enter agency name and when the results will show up click on that agency you want to contact.
should work now, if you still having some trouble, write to support system

I normally contact them from the contact on there page.
So its automatically entered..
WEll thats what I thought.
So i have to enter the Id manually?

if you contact them from their personal page you just have to enter subject and message. i'll check this bug later.
