Yeh he means to wash it, but actually it just depends on how your eyelashs are and what mascara you use.
And you dont need mascara to create seductive looking eyes, alot the time its just eyeliner thats needed, apply it properly it can cause the eyelashes to look fuller

I would have never guessed the best mascara results come from using clean wands. The only thing I wash is my foundation brush!

Needless to wash the wands, but needs to wash face before to use mascara.

it also came from best mascara rite? Some brand is not so good, some is average, some good & best. I owez used loreal mascara.

Cleansing wands--or wiping them--What cleaner did you have in mind?
Surely NOT soap & water.:cantlook:
You didn't say--But, perhaps you meant an eye gel product to wipe the excess off the wand?:endecided:
It is only necessary if build-up is causing a clumpage--
Note: Good mascara is usually a bit thinner in consistency...NOT cheap and globular!
imho;)

If it's that bad:
It's usually time for a three point hoopless toss to the trash, & then visit the mall or stores for a new item.
