My name is Arlieta Baldwin. I grew up in Houston, TX and lived here for years. I participated in many talent contests and model contests throughout the city. I also sang a lot growing up. I sang myself to sleep every night. I feel that singing is a way of expressing one's happiness. I often write poems that I want to turn into songs. I really enjoy expressing myself through song or poem. I also was in dance such as tap, jazz, ballet, etc. Later in college I was in many ballroom contests as well as salsa, tengo, etc. As far as acting I participated in many theatre performances as a college student. Acting is fun because one gets a chance to act in another person's shoes which makes it quite interesting because one can actually express the many personalities that he or she may possess. It is amazing how we have so many emotions and finally get a chance to express them when acting. Overall, I want to be an actress, and model because I enjoy attention in front of the camera.
