Clint adam Smyth is often considered a quiet, let the work speak for itself kinda guy. Upon graduation from his 4 year Photographic Arts Program, he received a scholarship to continue his studies in Florence, Italy. Before returning home from Europe he became gainfully employed in Stockholm Sweden working for photographer Max Browers. That was 1992, since that time, Clint has worked as a commercial shooter, with a tight focus on high concept jobs with a fine art and editorial demand. Over the past decade he has shot everything from fashion spreads, album covers, and theater posters, to corporate imaging and industrial profiles. His work has been published internationally and has gained a great deal of local respect.
In Canada alone he has had over twenty public exhibitions and has been profiled in such notable circulations as Photo Life Magazine, Photographers Forum, and "Provocative Shots" out of the UK.
His worked has aired on national television more then one occasion - CBC News - AChannel - Bravo & The Space Channel.
His premiere clients range from CTV corporate to EYE weekly, national campaigns have been Greyhound Canada Airline, Canadian Printer, CongnSeis, Kitchen Party. He also made a directorial depute with the help of an award received from VideoFACT to create an independent video for singer songwriter Daniel French, "worthy".
