Hi,
My name is Sebastian Gora.
I am a freelance photographer of a young generation (1981).
Photography is my great passion and I also do it for a living.
I live in Birmingham but originally I come from Poland.
I have been living in the UK for a couple of years.
Currently I study BTEC Photography L5 HNC to improve my photography skills.
I am experienced in both, analogue (35mm, medium and large format) and digital photography. I have spent many hours in processing and dark room to learn how to produce nice, clear and sharp pictures. I try to match analogue and digital photography with digital techniques to achieve amazing results. My favourite photography genres are portrait and landscapes photography. I love to catch unforgettable and special moments, emotions, people’s mood …
I also love travelling and I travel a lot because it is a great opportunity
to meet new cultures, interesting people, visit amazing places
and take some incredible shots.
I have already visited Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany,
Netherland, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Italy, Sweden, Croatia,
Ireland, Wales, Scotland, and of course England.
In the future I would visit most countries around the world.
My first camera was Russian Smiena (I was probably 9yrs old).
After that I was using some standard 35mm and a few digital cameras.
Currently I use both, digital and analogue SLRs (mainly Pentax and Canon).
I have got my own home studio where I use three 600Ws strobes, a few colour backdrops and many props.
In the near future I would cooperate with modelling agencies or magazines.
