Indonesian Female singer Joanewin Joanewin from Jakarta, Indonesia
I started singing when I was 10 years old by singing with the church choir and the school musical society.When I was 15 I was the soprano singer in the choir for 2 years.Over the years thereafter I have sang and acted in various Plays and local musical concerts. In 2006 I was the lead singer in a Christmas Musical Concert. Till now my experience have been confined in Indonesia.
I am also taking Yoga lessons that helps to improve my breathing technique. In addition my knowledge and ability to sing the local "sinden" techniques has helped in my singing ability
I am an enthusiastic singer.Since I was a little girl I always loved to sing and have a burning ambition to be a well known International singer. With a positive attitude, willingness to work hard to achieve that goal and by continuing my studies at the Local Academy of Music and Acting I am continuing to build up my skills in this field.
I plan to embark this career in the USA, especially in New York because this is the place where various cultures meet and has a broad audience that are interested in many kind of music.
I am willing to travel and reside in the USA for as long as my career needs me to do so.
