Noemi Melendez is a graduate of MKC Beauty Academy in Los Angeles, CA. Trained for print, fashion, TV & film. In LA she has worked with professional models from Coast to Coast Models, Elite, FORD for local editorials. And recently worked with the Ms Latina International pageant in Miami.
I do not have any problems doing TFP/TFCD but I do charge a $50.00 kit fee per model per day. As you know makeup is expensive. Rates upon request. Im very selective on the models & photographers I work with. I only work with models I see that have potential.
